Cancellation & refunds

This explains how the Graft Up free trial, subscription and cancellations work.

1. Free trial

New accounts start with a free trial and no card is required to begin. If you don't subscribe, you simply won't be charged.

2. Subscription

After the trial, Graft Up is a single monthly plan at the price shown in the app. It's billed in advance and renews automatically each month until you cancel. Subscription payments are processed by Mollie.

3. Cancelling

You can cancel any time from Settings → Your Graft Up plan → Cancel. Your subscription stays active until the end of the month you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again after that.

4. Refunds

Monthly fees are non-refundable for partial months once a billing period has started, except where a refund is required by law. If you believe you've been charged in error or something has gone wrong, contact us and we'll put it right. This does not affect your statutory rights.

5. Failed payments

If an automatic renewal fails, we may retry the payment and suspend access until it's resolved. Your data is kept while we sort it out.
